That doesn't work one bit for loli characters.
A character that looks like an adult can be claimed as over 18 and get away scot free, but characters that look like children will not get away with the whole "she's 18+" excuse. They always tend to get banned.
Well to clarify I'm talking about fan art related porn and social media. Japan is a lot less stricter concerning this than the west, but even then you don't really see too much it outside of games and anime. Aka a 1000 year old dragon lolibaba is acceptable for a video game, but it's becoming increasingly forbidden to depict a 1000 year old lolibaba in hentai.
