disregard that, saw it's flagged. Thought for a second it was approved.
I assume there's no way of blocking that kind of art only beyond blacklisting tags approximate to it?

Yup, 99.99% of AI generated images and most types of realistic loli images are banned.
Realistic pre-pubescent loli gives me the creeps for sure, so I'm glad it's banned.

Yes, to say the least.
I do wish you could filter out "flagged for deletion" that probably would make it far less likely to stumble upon them?

There is no such thing as "approved". We do not have an approval queue like Danbooru does. Anything uploaded is immediately available for everyone.
