I'm looking for this kind of "more innocent" version of rape.
I'm absolutely not fond of any kind of rape, except in this particular instance:

The kind of "rape" where one character, typically a newly enphallused futa, is so overwhelmed by
this cuter sort of "hyper-horny", where her brain can only scream "FUCK NOW FUCK NOW FUCK NOW"

That is extraordinarily hot to me.

The tag doesn't exist on Gelbooru (at least not yet, I guess), but another porn image board I use has the "questionable_consent" tag, which seems to kind of fit what you're looking for.

It's a cat-girl (or animal-ear-type-character) trope. The tag for this is In_heat. It's mostly women but there are some yuri and futa posts in this tag as well.
