I found an incorrect tag: mumumu_hoshibito

The artist's real name is mumumu_seijin. I think the person who originally made the tag misread the kanji 星人. How do I fix this?

add "artist:" before it and add the correct artist name that'll fix it

I don't believe that's the case. Are you sure you're not being served your own cached data? Try ctrl+F5.

Edit: I just tried it and prefixing artist: to an untagged artist on one post corrected the tag category for the artist on all posts.

I'm not sure whether I understood that correctly. I tried going to one post with the tag mumumu_hoshibito, clicked on edit, deleted the incorrect tag, and typed artist:mumumu_seijin in the same box. It only updated for that one particular post, and the old tag still exists.

I will revert it for the time being, until I fully understand how to correctly do that.

You should get an artist name change approved on Danbooru before we make any changes.
