There are many artists who create art using AI, but I can't find a site that gathers all of them in a single place with the advantages that tags provide. In addition, almost everywhere the publication of certain types of images that can be published on gelbooru is prohibited

Non-artists shouldn't call anyone anything to begin with. Only I and God knows who on this forum can say whether AI artists are artists or not.

rule 34 xxx might as well be an AI repository at this point, but tbh you're probably not gonna find especially well-tagged, well-run archives because one of the root issues with AI generators is laziness in the first place
