I've seen discussions (cripple fights) about if games are woke or if games are gooner bait and i find it not productive at all.

Instead, how about we share what our ideal videogame is like? Genre, story, gameplay, characters, etc.

For example:

I want to make a JRPG type of game, which occasionally shows nudity, not on your face hentai, of course, but just like how mangas like Berserk, or R rated movies handle nudity. Besides that it is a normal turn based JRPG like Xenogears, where you have HP (life), DP (Drive Points, basically MP), and AP (Action Points). Normal attacks consumes AP, a character has a set amount of AP each turn which can be used to perform light attacks (1 AP), normal attacks (2 AP), or strong attacks(3 AP). You can keep attacking until you run out of AP, however the AP that is not used in the character's turn is saved and turned into MP (Mystic Points) that can be used to unleash special attacks once you get enough MP saved. AP recharges with each turn. Drive attacks consume DP, and require quick time minigames to power them up. You can also block damage by pressing the action button during the enemy's turn, this can reduce damage or outright parry an attack if timed correctly. The "Harmonic Breathing" command allows to recharge DP. Though that's for Drive user characters, Magicians work as expected and Djinn vessel users can summon their djinn familiar with the "Summon Djinn" command, with the cost of draining a set amount of DP each turn the Djinn is out, you can cancel it with the command "Withdraw Djinn". When summoned, the djinn adds a passive effect on the party or the enemies and they will attack instead of their users dealing more damage (And before you say... yes that's inspired in stands, or personas, if you will).

The story... Oh boy. I'll try to explain the plot in the briefest way possible, since the story in my mind is filled with so many twists, turns and changes of status quo that making a summary that's less than 10 pages is downright impossible:

The story follows Ariadna Sefaradim, former slave girl of a cruel nobleman of the empire of Alexandria and apprentice of a misterious man simply known as "Zanathos", who taught her the power of the "Drive", wich is an energy channeled through harmonic breathing that can be used in many ways (increase senses, strength and speed, healing, regeneration, mild self body manipulation, ripples of destructive energy, fire bending, ice bending, lightning bending, karate chop cut, sunlight punches, etc).

Drive is divided in eight main schools that drive users train their whole life to master: Golden Sunlight style (manipulate drive to imitate UV waves), Ruby Fire style (Increase Body temperature and use the gases inside the body to create and control fire), Sapphire Blizzard style (Lower the body temperature to quickly condense the air and freeze stuff), Emerald Sword style (Concentrate your drive energy to turn your limbs into sharp blades, and yes, i took the name from that song), Purple Life Force style (Healing and body manipulation, either to stretch limbs, or to increase strenght, this is the basis of 'Berserk' and Ariadna's main style), Thunder Dragon style (increase and manipulate the electric pulses of your nerves to control electricity), Destruction Ripple style (Use the raw power of the Drive to send ripples of sheer destructive energy towards the enemy, this is the most basic and the most versatile) and finally, Silver Wind style (Transmit your drive into the air, needs a channeler like dust or hair, to create damaging air currents. This, is the only style that consists exclusively in range attacks, The drive is mainly a martial arts power system, with Destruction Ripple having potential for rage attacks despite being mainly physical).

Ariadna's journey is one of finding happiness after having her childhood taken away from her, despite being dragged into situation, that in later insight, shouldn't even be part of considering her main objective, yet she is pushed by fate to keep fighting for the sake of the world at large and to bring freedom to her people.

There's also stuff about the world being split in two, with Ariadna's world being a bronce age inspired world while the other side being a modern world with all the modern day problems. A criminal organization of mercenaries, either djinn or drive users, hired by the emperor of Alexandria to retrieve a princess of an invaded nation that Ariadna rescued and is taking her to another kingdom to ask for help for the sake of her people. Pre election political drama in the other world that will decide the fate of Ariadna's world, with assassination attemps and all. Mexico look alike. A shady organization of souless people controlling everything from the shadows, God, or at least the demiurge, the actual devil, the elected president (which in no way is a Trump reference) fighting the devil by using his strength enhancing nanomachines while the main cast fights a bird to retrieve some magic stones to contact a genie from an alien planet and ask to free the souls trapped inside the devil so a prophecy made thousands of years ago could be fulfilled (I swear it makes sense in context). And a backstory involving super powered buffed as hell lizard men who defeated the devil, created humanity, enslaved it and then were sealed by the main villain of the story which entire point is to not reunite the world (despite being proven to be detrimental to keep them split) so that the "Dragon Gods" could never escape their prison.

The dragon gods are K'Saurians, this takes place after my "Chronicles of Almaterra" story, the world is Almaterra, the people of the other side of the world are the Touran, the main villain is a clone of the ancient king Solomon from Memoir recreated by the lizard men and could naturally use the drive, he taught the drive to his followers to fight the lizard men since they were "weak" against it, but Solomon lost and with a last attempt, he called forth the genie the lizard men were trying to use to take away their weakness to sunlight, and asked for the world to be split in two, not knowing that the devil (THE UNSPEAKABLE) manipulated the events to be able to take over both worlds and use Solomon's clone to rule from the shadows, not realizing that the action splitted Solomon in three, "Solomon", the soul of light and rulr of Ariadna's world, "Satan", soul of Darkness taken over by the UNSPEAKABLE which gave him a human form and a cool katana, and Zero, the body, leader of the soul eaters that exist outside of fate and control both worlds from outside THE UNSPEAKABLE's sight, despite having good intentions, the soul eaters are "the end justify the means" psychopaths that, of course, has to be stopped.

Have you tried making this idea into reality? I am the kind of person who has so many ideas but I never take action. Most of my idea are for games similar to undertale, coffin of andrew leyley, type games.

My dream game is to make something closely inspired by Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth. A similar futuristic sci-fi fantasy open world game. It would be very similar to world of Final Fantasy 7, such as having a very similar setting, gameplay mechanics, and RPG system. The gameplay would be like a lot FF16; more action and combo oriented.

I guess the main note of interest is that I would fill it to the brim with sexy, busty, curvy, women. Most of the main female characters would be sexy and thicc. Not even kidding or joking at all; this is sincerely what I would desire most to add in to my dream game.

In fact, sexuality would be a substantial focus of the game. Like pairing up the male protagonists with sexy female protagonists, to form a romance with, and even maybe some sex scenes between them. It wouldn't be a hentai game though.

Alternatively, i would make a monster taming RPG set in the world form my commissions

Where you can buy girls from auctions and train them to help you in dungeon capturing or make them fight at the coliseum to gain more money.

Nothing deep about it, it's just a game for the sole purpose of coom. And there is nothing wrong with that.

Why don't you start making a prototype in a game engine and get people to play a demo? It'll probably get some people on board.

Man, I am developing my own jrpg game, I had even released a first version, but I had to reboot it because the version I was using of rpg maker limited me a lot, besides being very insufferable at the time of using it.

I could learn programming on the side. But i'll still need a musician and an artist to make the sprites.

Agreed. RPGmaker is so horribly limited. It's not even good for shovelware hentai games, lol.

I think it's best for just playing around with, and not to make anything serious.
