A couple days ago, I tried posting a Zenless Zone Zero video and it got the message that it’s been added to the queue for processing, but it never went through. Last time something like this happened, I was told to ask about this if it happens again; so that’s what I’m doing right now lol

Nope. There is no approval process for anything on the site. Instead, it's relatively common for the encoding process to hang or time out, and that requires manual intervention to fix, but we don't do any sort of individual review when we do this, we just resubmit all of the failed encodes.
