Images won't display
Posted on: 01/07/25 01:12PM

Been having this problem for over a week. Thumbnails in search results display fine, but full-size images won't load, and thumbnails in the "More Like This" section are hit or moss.

This happens on multiple browsers, different devices, different WiFi networks, and on mobile.

Having this too, is the coding corrupt?

Are you in the EU? The image server may be blocked by your government.

Clicking the fit image to screen option on a single image seems to have fixed it for me

Moonman:
I'm in the US (not Texas or anywhere with a porn ban).

CarbuncleMew:
Clicking "Fit Image to Window" seems to usually fix it, but it only works once at a time. That is, when I go back and click another image, the new image won't load unless I click "Fit Image to Window" again.

Images will, very rarely, load full size on their own, but even then, sometimes refreshing the page causes the same image to fail to load.

I've been having an image loading problem on my desktop recently (mobile works fine) and I noticed when trying to open the image in a separate tab, the link has a redundant slash in it after the website domain.

img3.gelbooru.com//images...f8575fff37b13a4f7cfde.jpg

Only after deleting one of the slashes does the image load properly. I'm not sure why or how the image links seem to be broken now but this has only started to happen within the last week or so.

Same here

clicking original image shows full size in most cases but must be done per image. broken links on non resized images require load image in another window followed by deleting the extra / in the address

same issue as you.
I don't have extra / in my link... unless I'm mistaken. Here is one example link that doesn't work.

gelbooru.com/index.php?page=post&s=view&id=11269449

works on edge though...I've done private window on brave, no extension, no shield, and still nothing.

Strangely enough That link works find for me.

No add blockers just Brave Browser in private mode but it also doesn't work in normal mode on the random images that show up as broken. All so far have a double // in the image link address for me. And like I said hitting the original image link loads up a working image.
