For me, you should try out Unbound. It's really good.

I haven't tried it but I came across FireRed Rocket Edition that lets you play as a Team Rocket grunt and you steal pokemon from trainers that you defeat.

I've never played a pokemon romhack before but wow, that actually sounds pretty awesome.

I've never played a pokemon romhack before but wow, that actually sounds pretty awesome.
And there's more. There's a "karma" system in this game, and you're choice depends on it. And each "karma" has it's own rewards, the drawback is that you can't get the other i.e you get rewards for being low but can't get "good" rewards. Thanks to that, it increases the replayability since the walkthrough is different in each choice you make.
