I hope you left this comment from your home network, without VPN, on Windows machine (or even better, from your phone), preferably from Google Chrome with all your real life social networks (facebook, twitter, google) logged in actively in your browser and/or android system. Oh, and make sure to use cloud based typing assistants to type, that's a good one.
It depends on which state but generally sholicon is legal in the united states. If memory serves me correctly, the states ban rather you can buy loli/shota doujins so as long as you're looking at them online you're fine. It's may be illegal in some cases but it's like emulation where it's almost never enforced. The only time some is ever conficted for loli/shota material is if that person is already proven to be a pedo and the lawyers just throw in loli/shota in for good measure but you're not gonna get arrested for that alone. I know there was one time someone got arrested in Britain for consuming shota because Neil Gailman talked about and thought it was bullshit (putting my feelings on Gailman aside)
If you buy lewd doujin in Japan and bring them home in your suitcase, or buy em on J-Subculture and ship them to the US, per 18 U.S. Code § 1462 you can technically get imprisoned for up to 5 years, lol. It doesn't have to be lolicon though, any porn qualifies.
