Tagging pre-2024 non-edited anime screencap posts?

I like to go back through old posts and flesh out tags that matter to me, like "unconscious" or "anime screencap." What should I do when I see non-edited, non-animated screencaps that were posted before the rules were tightened on those? (see gelbooru.com/index.php?pa...=&s=view&id=29975) Can I update their tags to reflect the new tag, "anime screenshot"? Should I report them? etc.

Cut/paste screencaps can be flagged.
Same with pointless resizing edits if that was all that was changed. Crops too.
