Probably Misato Katsuragi. She's fun and smart and sexy, full package. Yeah she has her psychological problems but she's not gonna give me shit like Asuka, Revy or Faye would. If anything that just makes her more interesting. We all have problems so helps with the relatability than some boring blank slate. Sure Princess Zelda is extremely pretty but what conversation could you possibly have with her?

Athena Asamiya or Chizuru Kagura from KOF, two of the calmest and most sweet women from the KOF series. Spending time with the real Athena would be fun, Chizuru might be an idiot canonically but making aside that, she is of the few cool level heads of the series.

Other characters would probably be Tessa from Red Earth, though as Bauls said, similar to Zelda really I wouldn't have much to talk with a literal witch. Same with other characters like Morrigan(Who is more of a meme pick because of that one dream at this point) or Supergirl, really Athena and Chizuru are like the most normal of the female characters that I like.
