I usually go to nozomi, the literally quiet copy-paste library version of gelbooru (or danbooru to be exact)

closest i know is e621, they used to allow human loli/shota until last year, now the best you can get about that there is a furry loli/shota

also, if rule34.us was taking its content from a better site and allowed you to edit the tags then it would be a really good site.

i wouldn't be surprised if there was a site exclusively in japanese that allowed this but needed a vpn
