I come to gelbooru regularly, and today I visited only to find I have to click through the ad on EVERY SINGLE PAGE! This is not one full page ad every 12 to 24 hours, it is one every 5 seconds. How do I stop it from doing this?

Are you opening many pages at once? Make sure you have cookies enabled.

Yeah. I still have that problem, too. I use Firefox, cleared all cookies and history, ran a number of anti-spyware, -adware and -virus programs, manually cleared the temp internet files, ran disk cleanup, but it just won't let up. Specifically when I open a new post page with thumbnails.
Previously it stopped when I simply cleared my cookies. It's getting quite annoying.

When you open a new post page, do you open multiple windows at once?

:( Sorry to bug you with this again, but it's the same problem. I was kinda hoping it would go away on it's own. X( It's been going on for a couple of weeks now. I tried all the stuff I had before with the same result. Can you help me once more? And so I don't have to keep asking... what can I do to prevent it from re-occurring?

It seems you are not accepting cookies from the advertising company. All I can think of is that your browser does not want to take cookies from adbrite/blacklabelads. I'll remove them for a while but it appears to be a problem on your end. :s

Cache is cleared every few hours so you shouldn't see the ads at all soon enough.

Thank you! :) It's not doing it now... but it'll come back? Should I try re-installing Firefox? It was updated just a few days ago, but it's the only thing I ca think of... as a layman. Does anybody else have any suggestions?

What extensions do you have installed? Do you have any sort of entries in your hosts file?
