Example: I used to be into inverted nipples, I used to find them extremely hot. And now I simply do not like them. If anything, they now look weird to me and repulse me.
Why this changed? I have honestly no idea, and it wasn't a sudden thing; I simply, over time, started to dislike them.

Not to say I've started disliking either, but large_insertion and girls with shaved bush are gradually losing their appeal. Used to love seeing girls get DESTROYED by the H00GEST PINGAS EVAR but lately I'm like "wouldn't that be painful for both of them?" And female_pubic_hair is neato because my interest in impregnation/breeding material has steadily grown and the carpet tends to indicate fertility soooooooo...

Big boobs I guess. Like yeah, I don't mind them but when I see a character whose boobs are bigger than her head, I don't find that sexy.

I used to be into the "hourglass bimbo" and "fake boobs". And now I don't find it attractive at all.
I also used to be much more into milfs, but now I definitely prefer younger + stacked.

Yeah perhaps. Although I think mine was specifically more milf-coded, like glasses, lipstick, beauty marks, etc. so I'd choose more mature features over younger features.
