Mine’s gotta be ITG2, DDR is already an incredibly fun game but when you combine that with the tech that ITG introduced, and the community run nature of it giving you basically infinite content for free, you get something really special

I have several, but my top fave will always be OG RE2 from 1998. It was one of my fave childhood games. I wasn’t familiar with the lore due to lacking internet at the time, but I still enjoyed it as someone who loves anything related to zombies.

Gravity Rush 2 probably. Haven't seen or played any games with the same themes and world.

This is a fucking difficult question. I have been playing video games on various systems since 1992, starting off with my neighbors commodore 64 imported from Germany, and my own SNES knockoff bought at a local Chinese market. The family got our own first PC in 1993, a 486, with an insane performance of 66Mhz. AND we even could splurge on a dedicated sound card, so we could hear music other than chiptune, like midi and shit..!
So yeah, I don't know dude, my favorite game is probably on this list somewhere, but it's so many eras of gaming that I don't know how most of these aged, and it's mixed with so many memories of different stages of my life, that I really can't choose:
American McGee's Alice series
Assassin's Creed 2 "trilogy"
Bayonetta/Metal Gear Rising for starting my enamoration with third person brawlers
Beyond Good & Evil
Chrono Ark
Chrono Cross
Dragon Age: Origins
The Longest Journey
Final Fantasy VI-VII-VIII-IX (can't choose)
GRIS
Heroes of Might and Magic V (controversial pick over III for the best in the series).
Mafia
Mass Effect 2
Max Payne 2
NieR: Automata
Sekiro
Sid Meier's Alpha Centauri
Syberia
Touhou 6-7-8 (the peak of the franchise)

Purely as a series, Kingdom Rush. Classic to Frontiers is the peak of it's power. Vengeance and Alliance are lack luster, I don't have much hope for Genesis being solid; just up to par.

Great pick, I love classic resident evil so much. Though tbh i've always thought RE1 was the best game of the PS1 trilogy, RE2's exploration is a bit too linear for my liking

Unfortunately not, I was mad busy last spring and didn’t really have any time to play, I did it in 2025 and 24 though
