Wether someone is watching too much porn or having too many hookups they’re both just releasing semen and satisfying their desires so one of them doesn’t have any superiority over the other imo

they're both types of addictions, when it comes to addiction it's generally better not to take an antagonistic stance. or really when it comes to life as a whole its better, but it's not realistic for everyone to get along so compromises are necessary.

Perhaps, but I'd probably add that one requires way more effort, skill, and luck than the other. The other just requires an internet connection and enough privacy, so clearly, nothing to brag about in the slightest. It's very easy to imagine that the average (actual) porn addict is, generally speaking, going to much more pathetic and shut-in than the frequent sex haver. Not that it really matters all that much in the end, since it often just boils down to stupid bragging rights.
IMO I don't really care if someone is a porn addict or not, just so long as they don't annoy me on the suspicion that their bad takes are fueled by some kind of porn addiction. An example would be some incel loser who clearly does not grasp how reality works, and believes women should be 10/10 perfect hairless dolls offering their virginity for them.

sex requires two or more parties, and i'd say it's possible only one of which has to be addicted before hooking the other too.
