There so many times i see someone tag a characters as general/copyright or anything that it's not a character and when i want to change it because is so dumb gelbooru says ''You can not change tag types like this. Your account has no activity. Try establishing your worth.'' when i have activity?.
Btw, the character is wasu from madoka magic, the tag list shows is as general, not as a character. Please someone fix it, lol.

And done!
Tags start as "general" tags when first created and someone needs to change them manually.

Sometimes a user doesn't know how to do that or who to ask.
Other times it's the Danbooru image uploading bot creating the tag for the first time and nobody notices for a long time.

If you have further concerns about tagging, you can always ask on the dedicated pinned topic:

Thank you! i will see it.
