How do you guys SEO your images? I see all your images use tags as the image alt. Doesn't that make google rank you bad since it's like keyword stuffing in your image's alt

No, it's not stuffing. It's relevant.

Minor bug
Posted on: 11/02/12 10:50PM

Just wanted to point out a minor bug with the 0.1.11 release.

In includes/post_list.php, line 47, the table name is hard-coded, instead of using the $post_table variable.

Hi,
im using the 0.1.11 release and i have a problem with the Gallery.
Every Thumbnail is default hidden and y must click the "(20 posts hidden)" button to see them.
Is there a way to change that?

That sounds like a problem with blacklist settings. Make sure that your blacklist is empty and that the post scores are >= 0.

So I installed the booru setup from gelbooru.com/index.php?pa...=view&id=99&pid=0 (ver. 0.1.11) on my own paid host, so that I can test it and see if I want to use it on a new host I'm switching over to (whether I switch or not is loosely dependent on if I can get this to work).

Everything seems to work well enough except for password retrieval, which gives the error,
"Fatal error: Call to undefined method mysqli_result::num_rows() in /home/sitename/public_html/testbooru/includes/reset_password.php on line 17"
after typing in the username.

Any ideas on how to mend this little problem?

Edit:
A short list of steps I took...
1: Uploaded the files.
2: Properly filled out config.php (complete with mysql database and whatnot)
3: Ran the install file
4: Deleted the install folder

In case that information somehow helps.

Replace $result->num_rows() with $result->num_rows

I think that's the fix. :D

Hahahahaha! Oh man, that made me laugh so hard.
I tried so many things to fix this. SO MANY THINGS.
I should have figured that the error was that it was calling num_rows as something that it wasn't. I feel all sorts of stupid now. XD

Thank you very much. You were a huge help, and it does indeed work now.

Edit: If you want to earn some bonus points for being even more awesome, I have a new quandary that I can't seem to puzzle out. I'd be greatly appreciative if you did, but I can understand if it's too much of a hassle.

I'll skip the whole story about my futzing around with everything and just sum it up as such:
When you set the "Parent" value for a post and the parent post is already cached, the cache will not delete and rewrite itself. Thus, even after making a post its child, the whole "This post has a child post" message won't appear near the top of the screen on the parent's view page. At least, this is what it seems to be, since, when you delete the cache manually after setting the "Parent" value, it suddenly works properly. This also seems to happen when editing the source and rating of the post, as those fields won't update on the page, either.

Any ideas on that one?

Thanks again, in advance.

Edit: Figured out how to add the post statistics into post_view myself. Removed request for help with it. Also updated the other problem I have with new information. New addition bolded.

Well, two weeks later, and I'm still stumped. I guess I'll have to admit that fixing this is beyond me.

Sorry for my poor English.
Will you release the newest version's source code? I know it's danger for security and something else, but I want to know the apis because the api documentation seems that it is not integrity.
