I see this character a lot and even though I don't know it the one things I do know is that i never see a girl, I see a asshole male that deserves a punch in the face and I know the character was likely made by the same person that did the art for kill la kill.

The show Eizouken was make by Science Saru and Kill la Kill was made by Studio Trigger.
