Well the proportions are quite out of wack first of all. Not a single limb is positioned/scaled correctly and I dunno what the hell is going on with that shota's feet but they're definitely drawn weirdly.

And I'm pretty sure I've seen other works by this person which are even more obviously AI.

If it's not completely AI then it's most likely aided by AI, or the artist has a lot to work on.
