That will most likely result in a deformed child since it's incest (selfcest?) of the closest kind.
...which is the fun part IMO, because it's adds to the "this is so wrong!" factor which translates to hotness.

And those who don't like it can still refer to other things to prove otherwise for the sake of their ideal.

Not all Incestual children are deformed, it's just, because genes are similair, if your family has a history of a disease, or deformaty, they have an increased chance of getting it
