The list is longer, but it so happens the thing you say isn't in the rules is the first one on the lst of Prohibited Content, meaning you haven't read the rules recently.

This site cares...so you have to deal with it. Anime-style is not the whole of the Japanese art style that everyone seems to think it is; that's just one aspect of it, but it's only one Western anime fans see because that's the only style you get exposure too. The Japanese art style is any but just the anime/manga style.
