Does it matter or not you see Sasuke or someone else doing this? They're all fictional characters, and in fiction anything is possible. So if Sasuke can fuck the medics, he will because anyone can write him that way.

Sasuke can fuck who ever he wants if he's written to do so by the author. But Kishimoto is probably not interested in hentai sadly.
