Honoring the artist's intent (that's what really matters here in the end, correct?), they originally tagged this with the "trans girl" tag on Pixiv. Bridget is not depicted as male in this image. I've tried adding the "newhalf" tag, but it suspiciously doesn't show up with the other tags (closest I could get to show up was "newhalf_with_male"). At the moment, this image does show up when you search "bridget_(guilty_gear) newhalf" though.
