I know many people are bothered by it, but whether you are bothered by it or not, a rule is a rule.

The entire POINT of this site is for Japanese material. That's why it was made. It was NOT made to be used for anything BUT Japanese material. If you don't like that, then you can go browse DeviantArt instead.

How does art style indicate whether it'd japanese or not? Look at "Panty and Stocking" and "Avatar: The Last Airbender".
