In case people would like to know the story of this lovely visual novel out of curiosity before looking more into it, I will summarize. The story is about a quiet young man named Keisuke who gets in a horrible accident when a car hits him while he is riding his bicycle with no helmet so he now permanently has an extreme head injury which causes him to have an extreme case of short term memory loss which causes him to forget a day of his life after 13 days, so he forgets the last day before a 13 day interval. This makes it so he will have to live with his stepmother for the rest of his life since he can no longer properly function in society due to his drastic now lifelong injury. His stepmother Akiko Kamimura is a lonely Widow and she loves him very much so she will now take care of him forever as a home he can stay and she gives him his daily medicine that was permanently prescribed from the doctor and surgeon for the rest of his life to keep the brain damage and it?s affects to a minimum. It?s actually quite sad in some ways but happy in others since she will always keep him company. His stepmother has him do yard work and clean the house daily to keep him busy, since that is all he can really do for the rest of his life always staying at her home. His stepmother is an art teacher. His biological mother works abroad often and sends his stepmother the money needed for his medicine. His stepmother Akiko adores Keisuke and always tells him how much of a good boy he is and that he is a very good man. One evening while Keisuke is watching tv in the living room his stepmother calls him from the top of the stairs in the hallway on the second floor and asks if he can bring her some barley tea from the fridge since she is thirsty after taking a bath. He turns off the television and immediately gets the barley tea from the fridge to give to Akiko. He opens his stepmother?s door to give her the tea and is surprised to see that she is wearing only an orange towel that can barely contain her huge breasts which are jiggling and spilling out of it. Keisuke becomes a bit embarrassed seeing her in this state but she is very happy and appreciative to receive the barley tea and asks if he is okay noticing his shyness and apologizes if calling him suddenly surprised him since she doesn?t realize his shyness is actually because he is sexually attracted to her and sees her as more than just his stepmother. After this she asks if he would like to take a bath himself which he agrees to and then after taking a bath himself he goes to his room a tries to sleep but can?t stop thinking of his stepmother?s breasts and Keisuke begins to masturbate to Akiko.
