mayuri's hate and actions stem from disappointment and shit. guys a sadist and he does have emotions. he's a cocky asshole dude. the guy totally has emotions. well i dunno he might be a psychopath and if you look it up(PCL-R checklist) a part of their brain is different from normal people. but yeah he's just a character.
