In a perfect world, doctors would figure out what kind of diet would be perfect for each of us individually from day 1. As we grow, they would figure out what our sexual preferences and identity is, and society would be fully supportive of it. We would have classes that teach us not only about safe sex, but how to have mind-blowing, enjoyable sex, and society would support it.
