Watermarks are only forbidden if they are 1) obnoxious or 2) added by non-copyright holders. In this case the watermark is not obnoxious and it is present on all videos produced by the studio AROMA. Get your facts straight before reporting files, jackass internet mafia.

As to whether the gif should have been removed, on that point you may be right, as this virtually identical gif, which also has a watermark, has not been removed: gelbooru.com/index.php?page=post&s=view&id=1408142

So, maybe the mod who deleted this one here was being over zealous.
