It's not a repost because the other image is a translation. Translations are allowed to stay. And the original tag has nothing to do with it being the one not translated.

The original tag are for images that are not based on already existing characters from movies, manga, anime, video games, etc. In other words, the characters in the image are the total creation of the artist.
