Very possible since Luka is a natural rape target magnet for all monster girls.

This scene however was not in the game (for those that are curious) but frfr is one of the many talented artists that did help bring The monster quest girl's world to life =).
Hope to see more of frfr's work in the 3rd game! Can't wait.

This is part of a fan scenario that is still in progress, featuring a female knight named Cecilia. Alma is her travel companion and will also give evaluations, and there is very heavy vore so far.

These moth girls are one of the few exceptions, where she's transformed into the one with the blue abdomen, wings and fur.

wow pretty cool. My mistake then on the artists.
It does look really close to frfr's work though, I was going off of these two picture to judge if this was Frfr's work or not.

I thought i'd throw in my bit.
Having just played the scenario, it appears Cecil was transformed into a mothgirl for the army.

Alma Elma disappears after that...

Normally, you'd retry the fight, but there's an 'after...' option, which leads to Luka losing to the moth girl.

So, we can confirm that it is indeed Luka getting sandwiched in there.
