I'm not entirely sure because I can't read most handwriting too well, but this looks german to me.
the bottom line looks like "Mit Liebe von London"(With love from London)
and I believe I also the the word "bitte" (please) and "Ende"(end) in there...
Then again I could swear the 3rd word from right in the line before the last one, means "watch".
