There was that pirates porno that came out awhile back, 2005, that bragged about its $1 million budget, and its sequel was made for an insane $8 million the most expensive adult film ever made. So its not like there aren't people around to throw money at you if you have the skill required and the dedication to do it. Plenty of projects exist which are funded by small donations,Trials in Tainted Space and Corruption of Champions furry text based games and etc, that made some what weak to okay quality material and some that were independently funded and came out okay I guess, Bonetown and Bonecraft graphics like a Nintendo 64 or above that had potential but will do in a pinch, but I'm easily entertained. My point is it could happen but to my knowledge non of us anons are in a position to do or fund anything like that.

There'll never be a AAA hentai game. Maybe something funded by an indie company on Kickstarter, but you'll never find the money or publisher willing to be attached to a project like that.
