She got a letter wrong in her 'spelling' class (trying to summon 10 decimeter worms, but got 10 decameter worms instead). Hope she can get it right before the tentacle around her waist decide to pop in. Otherwise the teachers will arrive, and she'll flunk the class. If she banish them quickly, she can blame it on a blasting spell, and hope the others can clean up the tentacle cum quickly.

Still, the one on the left looks annoyed, the one in the center looks like she is enjoying herself, and the one on the right has a tentacle playing 'touch the freckles'.

Plus you have the instructor that teaches scrying magic, or how to see using magic only. He is likely watching this scene, and recording it. By recording it he can focus on arriving at the right time to rescue, instead of too early (where they are all still clothed), or too late (where there are too many worms arriving to defeat). These four will be very grateful to him for the timely rescue.
