Calling her a slut could be a comment on her general character, especially considering Jill's skimpy outfit that she wears during a fucking zombie invasion. Just because she's getting raped here doesn't necessarily negate having a particular character trait, like it would if anon1 had typed "she's being such a dumb slut".
