I'm just a beginner in japanese but I'm pretty sure she says "and red bean paste!" The two at the bottom means "haa", and on the hand it might another "haa". The katakana that look like a T doesn't exist, I think it's suppose to be the same as the other but is incomplete or improperly written. You might want to verify with someone with more experience but it seems pretty legit.
