Because they are not and you should respect what Mr. Miyamoto stated? That old american low budget Mario bros show screwed everything up. The animators or creators should've brushed up on their history and researched better. I want to believe they're, but again, they're not his children but actually koopa-trooper sized generals who governs with their castles.
