It's a joke about their voice actors, Anon 824. The only ones who don't fit are Ms Fortune/Mami (Mami's dub VA isn't in Skullgirls) and Parasoul/Kyouko (Kyouko's dub VA voiced Squigly).

This is old art from summer 2012 when Lab Zero got laid off from Reverge Labs, but couldn't disclose that information until December. Squigly's crowdfunding campaign came in spring 2013, and her and Leviathan's VAs weren't revealed until near the end of her development cycle in summer.

Parasoul was used just because they both have little sisters.
