Your webm are too long... Gelbooru forbid videos longer than 1 minute, especially when they have a huge resolution like this one, because of file size.

Apologies, but if we go for the video lenght there a quite a number of uploaded webm videos that go beyond two minutes.
Also I did upload a smaller version in case this one is too big but unfortunately it was deleted as a dublicate.

Actually this is the original resolution so no stretching has been done :)
However the Bitrate was lowered a bit to lower the filesize by half.
