It's the same picture, whoever did it just took legomans monochrome sketch of this and just drew over it and made his own designs to cover up legomans lines, just poorly, its why this one has that big shoulder piece on the shoulder where red has his roman numerals, they even copied the expression, poorly. They just re-scaled it, the breasts and the positioning are almost the same but they left out parts that he drew like her leg. most of it is almost line for line the same, its just a trace.

That shoulder piece is there in the character's official design, you can even see the bottom of the other one on the other side. Ahegaos are very common in hentai drawings, a similar common expression is not a bad copy. In no way is this line-for-line the same - looking at them in roughly the same scale, in this one their limbs are much closer together, the furry one's right foreleg is between the woman's arms, the perspective is more from the side compared to the legoman pic, the furry one doesn't have an arch to his back like Red, his tail is lower, his head is higher than woman's head whereas Red's head is lower than Tifa's, and you can actually see the woman's back.

It's not an edit, there's way too much that's actually different, such as the position every single limb.
