I always saw asses as boobs without nipples. Both are bags of fat, just different primary functions biologically but still serve a secondary function to attract a mate.

The biological function of both boobs and asses have nothing at all to do with attracting a mate. Those are considered attractive to the opposite sex entirely through social conditioning. Otherwise different cultures wouldn't value them differently.
