They got the same VA. Or at least in JoJo All Stars, dunno how this is going to be in the anime adaptation of Diamond is Unbreakable.

Meanwhile, Giorno's VA voices Pig God of all people, and Old Joseph's VA voiced Carnage Kabuto.
