Well each of these pics have brought at least one incorrect element (Vegeta in the baldies picture, for instance. Or light/skinny Superman from the 80s live action movies in the muscle-bound guys picture). Why not this one, i guess ? :)

The guy gliding on his scrotum is Tar-chan from Jungle_no_Ouja_Taa-chan (Jungle King Tar-chan), basically a gag manga version of Tarzan. It was an anime in the early '90s.
