That...that expression really doesn't say 'Ahegao' to me. Unless 'Ahegao' is simply used whenever and wherever a person looks like they're even remotely enjoying sex? Because...I was always told it meant 'fucked silly' but in Japanese.

That's totally not ahegao. Ahegao generally has the tongue out and the eyes rolled back to show a distortion of senses. Fucked so hard they're barely even conscious.

The face down ass up tag is more commonly used as top-down_bottom-up. Also it's tagged with tongue out when her tongue's not out. The tagger's either using a 13" monitor or he's one of these types who tags what they WANT to see rather than what's actually there.
