Keeping the clothes on adds to character design, especially when the character is from a series like doskoinpo's usually are. It also asserts dominance because the girl isn't bothered to show your her naked body. It isn't about you getting off, it's about you being humiliated. It's not that awkward in a room full of naked people, but if you are the only naked one it's pretty embarrassing.
