Liking the size difference. I learned that stuff like this actually happened in 17th century Japan.
'Wakashu' were "young lovers" that catered to both older men and women. They were adolecent boys but they often cross-dressed to look like girls as well. They had sexual liaisons with older men and women and were considered a "third gender".
