Hentai artists are who I follow the most on twitter, tbh. They tend to upload sketches of stuff they haven't uploaded anywhere else and also some complete stuff too.

Anon2 Twitter doesn't really care if you post stuff like this, as long as it's marked as sensitive media. There are plenty of loli artists on Twitter who post their loli work on the site. Bubukka probably got banned again for creating multiple accounts to get around his other account ban(s).
