Nojyaloli means young female characters that speak in a old fashioned Edo-like dialect like Hatsuharu and Suzuka-sama, they usually end their sentences with noja an ja.
I would probably translate as "Speaks in an old-fashioned way".
It doesn't mean "Not really a Loli".

her way of speaking reminds me of ymir from queens blade and the leader of the japanese girl band in show by rock!!
my favorite girl of the 3 alexi designed girls.
i like her name and her style. she does fit the image of a girl from a rich family or royal family.
