That's not how this works. Take the artist's word, but not as gospel. You have to apply what you know about the character based on the site's own standards, otherwise things won't be consistent.
Also "it's been discussed on the forum," link or it didn't happen. Searching for the artist and character's name turned up precisely jack and shit. What a useless forum this site has. It's almost as bad as Zerochan
